PLACEMENT CELL OF OUR COLLEGE
The Placement Cell in the institute plays a pivotal role in counselling and guiding the students for their successful career placement, which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of the academic programme of the students and their entry into suitable employment.
The placement cell enhances the employability of the students by conducting specialised training in addition to on-line placement mock tests. The placement centre is supported by infrastructure such as 40-seat halls with modern electronic teaching aids like LCD projectors, internet service, computer support, etc.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
- To assist students in developing or clarifying their academic and career interests and their short- and long-term goals through individual counselling and group sessions.
- To promote career counselling by organizing guest speakers, viz., recruitment personnel, and most importantly, by the immediately placed senior students.
- To create awareness among students regarding available career options and help them identify their career objectives.
- To act as a bridge between students, alumni, and employers.
- To guide the students in developing the skills and job-search strategies required to achieve their career objectives.
- To assist students with their internship programmes during their respective semesters.
- To serve the community by providing access to our campus-wide activities and career resources.
- To empower students with life-long career decision-making skills.
- To provide resources and activities to facilitate the career planning process.
- To assist our students in obtaining final placement in reputed schools and colleges.
- To upgrade the communication skills and personality development of the students by inviting experts from outside for seminars or classes.
- To take feedback from various educational institutes and provide input for curriculum.
