About NSCE

The Nankana Sahib College of Education (NSCE) Shri Bhaini Sahib Road, Kot Gangu Rai made its entry on the map of the B.Ed. colleges in 2006. It caters to the educational needs of the young desirous aspirants of rural and urban areas. It is a Co-Education teacher training institute with an annual intake of 50 seats.

Dear Students, It gives me immense pleasure to tell you that Nankana Sahib College of Education, Shri Bhaini Sahib Road, Kot Gangu Rai, has created a niche for itself among the renowned colleges of the city. With the help of an energetic and service-minded team, we are trying to prepare and produce new teachers by imparting meaningful and quality education to the students and by inculcating values like self-confidence, self-disciple, clarity of vision and thought, sense of timing, concern for others, and a strict code of morality. Teachers are the beacon-light of society and the destiny of the nation. Teaching is the process of drawing out the perfection in a human being, which is already there.

LIBRARY

Nankana Sahib College of Education, Shri Bhaini Sahib Road, Kot Gangu Rai, Ludhiana, has a well-equipped digitalized library with 6460 books on different subjects, which provides ample opportunity for the students to feed their knowledge as well as self-study. In addition to text books, there are encyclopaedias, national and international journals, research journals, magazines, periodicals, and newspapers to enrich students’s personalities.

STUDENT COUNCIL

A student council is a formal structure through which students in the college are directly involved in the affairs of the college, working in partnership with the management, faculty and students for the benefit of the college and their fellow students. Every year, a student council is appointed in consultation with management, faculty members  and students.
